Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At AURIX, every product is made exclusively after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste while delivering premium-quality apparel.

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Eligible Replacement & Refund Requests

We offer a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged during transit.

  • Contains a manufacturing defect.

  • Has a significant printing defect or misprint.

  • Is different from the product you ordered.

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

How to Raise a Request

To request a replacement or refund, please email:

Include the following:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect

  • A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened (required for damage, manufacturing defects, and shipping-related claims)

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement or refund, as this evidence is required by our manufacturing partner for verification.

Verification Process

Every request is carefully reviewed by our quality team.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

As all AURIX products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings

  • Minor placement differences that do not affect product quality

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale or promotional products unless they arrive damaged or defective

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size, colour, or design, please place a new order through our website.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

The exact time taken for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production.

Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted because each AURIX product is custom-manufactured specifically for your order.
